How it Works

Bespoke Wedding Stationery

Phone Consultation

The process will begin with a phone consultation to discuss your wedding, the items of stationery you are interested in and any ideas you already have. 

Quote

A quote will be provided for you based on the complexity of your design and your print requirements. If you would prefer to source your own printer, then print-ready PDF files of your wedding stationery will be sent to you via e-mail.

Design Booking

You will be given a design date when work on your stationery will be undertaken. At this stage, you agree to pay a 50% deposit to secure your booking.

Design Consultation

 Video or Phone Call

An in depth design consultation will now take place on the phone or via video call. We will delve into the details of your special day and discuss more concrete ideas. 

You will be asked to submit images via e-mail to start the design process.

Artwork & Proofing

Following on from the design consultation, I will start sketching various concepts which I will send to you for review. Based on your feedback I will produce the final artwork which you will receive as a digital file for approval. Final tweaks and changes can be made but please bear in mind that every aspect of your stationery is hand-painted therefore changes must be both possible and reasonable within the allocated time frame. At this point, the outstanding fees will need to be paid.

Printing

All printing is outsourced for the best possible results. If you would prefer to source your own printer, then print-ready PDF files of your wedding stationery will be sent to you via e-mail.

For bespoke stationery, please allow up to twelve weeks from initial consultation, to receiving your printed stationery
